iPad How to deauthorize iPad from iTunes?

I am selling my iPad and have read online to be sure to do this. I have went into Store > View My Account > Managing Devices but inside here I don't see my iPad only my iPhone.

Does anybody know why this is? Does this mean as long as I factory restore and don't sign into my iTunes I should be okay?
