I recent receive a hand-me-down iPhone, planning to xfer my storm8 games over, but on this iPhone already has an account as the original owner need xfer his account out, now when I open an game app, it wont let me change the user name to xfer.
What should I do?

You could restore the phone and do whatever you want to it then. It could prove faster than whatever you'd planned on doing.

I never backed up my phone, instead it was jailbreaked.
Will the restore still going? or back to before the jailbreak?

I believe it'll go back to whichever firmware you'd been using prior to the jailbreak. You can always re-jailbreak it, though.

Feel like you are living in the forums, thank you for your answer.
I think I pass at this time, it was a hassel for me to do the jailbreak thing.
For future benefit, if I do backup a jailbreaked phone, and then restore, will that still back to before jailbreak?

Hm... I believe so. But you'll have all of your data backed up, so when you do restore the phone, you can jailbreak it, and have all of your data prior to the restoration. :)

Okay, I have to admit, I was bored.
I went to restore the phone, and re-jailbrok it, three times, the storm8 is really really "unbeatable" and "undead", the account still there.

I tried three way, restore it from previous back up, from sync iTune, and download from App store right after jailbreak, even before I put in anyother App.

Sign... any other way to try?

It seems that Storm8 uses the unique ID that every iPhone identifies itself with for push notifications. My husband tried to delete his accounts and we restored with set up as a new phone, reset - Delete all contacts and settings (a 3 hour process) twice and when he reinstalled the app, the account was still there.

I think the only option is to contact Storm8 and see if anything can be done about it on their end, but it would be tricky to manage because if not done right people could ask them to delete other users accounts.

Hope that helps,
meshe

I guess you are right, I did contact them, and they request my iPhone ID, now I am afraid the ID will loose out, somebody might trace my phone. Should make it able to del by ourself, or at least switch account on one phone, what they care if one person has two account!

Anyway, thanks for your info.

what is your user name for racing live?

Clone

Clone the game vampires live or whichever game your trying to play on S8. You can make as many multiple copies of the game on a JB phone that you like.

Then you can make yourself multiple S8 accts on your phone.

Problem solved.

And if you don't want he acct that is in there, just transfer it to a new udid & then delete that udid.
