Hi everyone. I am new to this forum as well as the iPod Touch. It is my first ever iPod and I have only had it for 3 months. My question is this:

How do you delete the ORIGINAL Apps on the Touch?

I know how to delete apps as well as the app icon that I have ADDED but can not figure out how to delete the original apps that came preloaded on the iPod. I only want to delete 3 or 4 that I NEVER use.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I think you can with jailbreaking it ...but i'm not quite sure how - maybe somebody else can suggest something.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I really don't comfortable jailbreaking so Mike (DuckSoup) you idea is a good alternative. I will move them to the last "page". If I ever get enough apps to come across the moved icons again then I will consider jailbreaking. Again, thanks everyone for your help.

Another tip for ease of moving icons (which can be a pain).

Always keep just three icons in the bottom area (where music, Videos, Photos etc) are. Then when you want to move icons from one page to another, drag it to the bottom, go to the page you want to move the icon to, then drag it up to that page.

why would you want to but if you want go to settings<general<restrictions and you can turn off safari, youtube, itunes, and the app store but thats it
