How to delete Big Sur install file? EDITED (solved)

EDIT After one more try, it finally worked!

I thought I'd finally downloaded the Big Sur install file, but the installation seems to stall at 12 minutes remaining.
Should I try and delete the install file and try to download it again?
If so, how can I delete it?
