How to delete blank sound output device in VLC

I have "blank" sound output in VLC:

There is no extra "blank" device in system preferences, just the internal speaker and AirParrot virtual device:

Do you know how can I delete that blank device?
I've tried uninstalling (AppCleaner) / reinstalling VLC but it didn't help.

I feel that the AirParrot service is the reason. Try uninstalling that service first.

After uninstalling AirParrot and running those commands:

sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/APExtFramebuffer.kext
sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/AirParrotDriver.kext
sudo rm -rf ~/Library/Preferences/com.squirrels.AirParrot.plist
sudo rm -rf /Applications/AirParrot.app
sudo rm -rf /Library/Extensions/APExtFramebuffer.kext
sudo rm -rf /Library/Extensions/AirParrotDriver.kext

I still got the blank choice:
