How to delete Bookmarks

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to go and delete--- Bookmarks/Bookmarks toolbar/Most visited, Can someone lead me in the correct direction:D OHHH Im running Firefox latest browser
 
Have you tried Bookmarks>Show All Bookmarks then in the presented bookmarks page selecting a bookmark and hitting the delete key on the keyboard?
