How do I delete cydia. I dont want it back.
I had my phone restored when I upgraded to os4.
Do I just plug it into itunes and click restore?
OR do I restore the phone in settings and then plug it into itunes?

IT's a 3g btw, is it this easy to get rid of or more complicated?

I just want it back to normal.

Someone will surely correct me if I'm wrong (or maybe I should just ****...) but yea I think just restoring in iTunes should do the trick.

So you upgraded or iOS 4 on you 3G, then jailbroke it, and now you want it unjailbroken? Restore it through iTunes. If you restore from a back-up, things like having you name in the status bar will still be there.

yes, just do a restore & make sure you do a backup beforehand if you don't have a current backup.

EDIT: ^^ others beat me to it.
