I'm selling my iPhone 4 tomorrow and the person I'm selling it to wants it jailbroken. I'm on 4.3.3 and baseband 4.10.01 and that's what the guy wants. I don't really feel like restoring it so I guess what I'm asking is there a cydia app that will delete all my passwords, etc.
Thank you!

You don't even need to go that far, just go to settings, reset and erase all content. Confirm through all of the prompts and everything but the operating system on the phone will be nuked.

My phone keeps freezing (after 15-20 minutes of letting it sit there I restart it) how long should it take?

Sounds like you were already jailbroke so you should've never reset all content just sends you into a endless loop… I did it once and actually was able to get out by holding both buttons till the apple logo appeared. But most likely will be looking and restoring and hopefully finding 4.3.3 blobs...
