I delete this file from a USB (the user might be a Window user). After that, I can't delete this file from my Trash. I decided to reinstall Leopard and the cl.bat file is still on my Trash. Plz help me get rid of this annoying thing.

If your file is locked you can right click it, get info and you'll see somewhere saying Lock with a tic. Click it to unlock!

How simple that is! thank you so much. I wish I asked you before so I didn't have to waste my time to reinstall the Leopard.

The file is locked because it's a Windows batch file - probably from a NTFS formatted drive onto the thumb drive. Download this handy free app and it will get rid of it from the trash for you.

Regards.
I've already download that software. It works really well. I copied the same kind of file from another USB to test and I emptied the trash without any problem.
