I've just bought a 2nd hand Ipod nano, the 4gb version. I've upoloaded a stack of songs from Itunes and it works fine, but I can't work out how to delete tracks? It doesn't seem possible to delete straight from the Nano and I can't find a listing of the songs uploaded ion Itunes either. Please help

Also on the summary page of Itunes it says it fiormat is Windows. Is this because the previous owner was a windows user and not a Mac user like myself. Anything I can do abot this?

Cheers

You can restore the iPod. This'll reformat it to Mac too.

You don't delete files as such. If your iTunes library is smaller than the capacity of the Nano it will simply keep the two in sync. If the library is larger you have a few choices. One of these is to let iTunes put a random selection of songs on the Nano. Another is to sync the Nano to a given playlist in iTunes. I'd choose the latter. If you want to remove a track remove it from the playlist and re-sync.
