How to delete item off icloud

I have a folder under Users/dukebound85/Library/Mobile Documents/Lake (chinese characters)

I found this when running Disk Inventory X. However, I can not find this when looking in terminal as well as navigating to it via UI. Any idea?

How do I delete this? I am seemingly unable to and when opening file path will state it is under iCloud

try using terminal type "rm -R" then drag Lake folder into terminal

Make sure it does not belong to an app on any of your devices.

^^This. And because of that, things are "hidden" and have attributes that make it difficult to remove.
