how to delete one photo from one album iPhone 5 iOS 6.1 jailbroken

I synced many albums to my iPhone with iTunes. The problem is that i have duplicate and non-wanted photos in those albums and i need to delete them but i dont find a way to accomplish that. I have a jailbroken iPhone5 iOS 6.1 Neither PhotoAlbums+ nor Photo Organizer, Photo Enhacer work on my phone and i don't know why. I already wrote a complain to the developers. I hope you can help me fix this problem.

EDIT: I just found this on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OWbpPKBDJt4 so it seems that this app is a scam. So DON'T GIVE AWAY YOUR MONEY. Don't buy this app!!!

Do you mean PhotoAlbums+? It works for me.
