How to delete partially downloaded iTunes iOS download?

On my Mac - I was going going to do a restore on my iPhone, but decided not to.

However the download of the iOS ipsw file downloaded part way - and there was no way for me to cancel it.

How do I delete that partial download on my Mac? It has to be somewhere right?
