I have tried a few apps on my iPhone that I no longer want or intend to reinstall.

Is there a way to remove them permanantly from the list of apps "not on this phone" which I see in the App Store?

It'd be crazy if you can't do that in case you like to try a lot of apps then not liking them you'd end up with a long list of junk

please help

Apple lets you hide Apps from that list, but you can't remove them.

Once hidden, you can view hidden purchases from the "Your Account" section of the iTunes Store or App Store (which you'd need the account password to access).

They have a support article explaining how to do it:

The answer you want is in rpsibew110's comment on this page: https://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?p=17301144#post17301144

What a joke to think you cannot delete apps you no longer want. But considering how hard it was to find this information, we should be laughing... (not). Thanks Apple for making it so **** hard to figure this out; and thanks rpsibew110 for being the only person on the entire internet with a sensible answer.
