How to delete the deleted contacts that show up when trying to send a text?

So when I try to send a text, deleting contacts will show up as an option to send a text to. Is there a way to delete these old contacts by deleting files using open ssh?

I know that restoring and setting up as new phone will fix this but im def not doing that.

So is this possible in open ssh?
