How to delete Visa Card payment details on iOS9?

Need more details, do u mean Apple Pay or do u mean iTunes?

Apple Pay is done in settings > wallet then tap the card for options.

iTunes/AppStore you launch either app scroll to the bottom and tap your Apple ID

I can't delete it, I can only view the actual card number and such.

I believe it changed with iOS9 or something, as I always was able to delete in iOS 8.4.

If you're on a Family Share, you can't delete it. I still get the option for "none" when accessing my account through iTunes on my laptop, but I can't choose it because of the share.

I don't have family share. I can only choose to view my payment option, and I can't edit or delete it!
