I happen to like colours that are 'knocked back' on my screen. I spend all day doing office work on the laptop, and it's less fatiguing on my eyes if the colours are not vivid. I have tried all the presets and currently have 'Apple Display (P3 500-Nits)' as the setting.

I connect the laptop to my external monitor, which has a saturation slider, and desaturating the colours is easily done. But when it comes to achieving the same feat on my MacBook Pro internal screen (I'm using Ventura), I cannot work out how to do it and a google search isn't turning up much either.

Any ideas?
