How to direct different internet connections to outlook and mail

I have OUTLOOK running professional exchange email system and MAIL running private one (iCloud).
The office firewall does not allow iCloud access, so MAIL can get private work there.
I can get private mail access once disconnected from office ethernet and connected using the iPhone.
Is there any way to have both ethernet and iPhone connection on at all time and direct OUTLOOK onto ethernet and MAIL onto iPhone internet connection?
