How to disable auto boot when lid open on new 14/16 inch MBP

Dear community:

Just got my new MBP, but I really don't like it turn on when lid is open. I searched the Google, and There was a solution to config the nvram. I tried, but not working, someone said this method stopped working on M1 Macs after 11.1 update

Is there a way to disable this feature please?
