How to disable dictation on 4S

I want to disable it on the iPhone 4S as it is a waste of keyboard space.. it makes it harder to switch to numbers / punctuation

How to disable it?

Turning off Siri removes that key from the keyboard, but then you can't use it at all. I think you can edit your keyboard plist file to hide that key.

I've always wondered what server in Bangladesh my dictations are transferred to....

Doesn't anyone just try stuff on their phone? All I did was turn Siri off in Settings. Logically it makes that iturn Siri off that button would be hidden.
