How to disable firewall from airport extreme on my iMac?

Ok, I am deaf and I tend to use video phone on iPad 2 most of the times. My friend has difficult time to call me since he believes that my firewall is on from airPort Extreme. Can you tell me how to disable firewall in order for my friend can call me in easy way on iPad 2 via video phone? Explain to me in step to step as instruction for me to read it. Thank you.

Do you have facetime set up properly on your ipad? You need to link it to an email account. Then your friend can facetime chat with you from their ipad. Assuming your friend has that set up on his ipad correctly. I don't think you need to do anything with your airport extreme.
