How to Disable notification for Settings app

I am currently in 15.6.1 , i always turn off the "Automatic updates" in software updates.
But , i see a notification on my Settings app that software update is available, i dont want to upgrade to IOS 16 as i want to enjoy 16 on my new device. How do i turn off that notification on settings app?

If I remember correctly, you should be able to update to a newer version of iOS 15 and then I think it will leave you alone. There’s some security patches you might want to get.

The iOS 15 update should be at the top and the iOS 16 should be at the bottom. This is just from memory because I don’t have that on my phone now. You are smart to want to stay on iOS 15 for now.
