How to disable password reminder at login on network account?

Ever since they gave me a Mac at work (yay!), there's been one irritating thing: Whenever I login, it pops up a box telling me my password will expire in X days, do I want to change it now? Yes / Continue. And it won't continue to log me in until I click Continue. Is there a way to disable that so it'll leave me alone until it's time to change it?
