Hello guys.

I am bugged by this "feature" for a very long time. Here is the detail.

Some websites include characters that are not standard latin characters, such as all Asian characters. Safari copies the address in this way:
utaten.com/lyric/Aqours/勇気はどこに%3F君の胸に%21/
Whereas Google Chrome copies the address in this way:
utaten.com/lyric/Aqours/%E5%8B%87%E6%B0%97%E3%81%AF%E3%81%A9%E3%81%93%E3%81%AB%3F%E5%90%9B%E3%81%AE%E8%83%B8%E3%81%AB%21/

This should NOT be a feature of Safari and I am strongly against such bs. Is there a way to turn it off permanently? Thanks.
