how to disable the Resume and App Restore feature in Mavericks

There used to be an option where I can disable the automactic restore last session feature in Lion.
But now I couldn't find the check box in system preference, Or I just missed it?

Can somebody help ?

I disabled this feature back in ML and it's carried over to Mavericks as well.
