How to display screenshots in iPhone template?

Anyone know how to display screengrabs in a template of the iphone?

Press Home button and sleep button at same time to get screenshot of your phone's screen. Use Photoshop, or some other photo editing program, to copy and paste said screenshot into the template you have posted.

Hmm, I knew that was an option but thought there was an app you could just drag the image into.
