How to divide 1 physical monitor into 2

I have 2015 iMac with a 24 ACD set vertically. Is there any software out there that would let me take the top 1/3 of that ACD and create let's say Display #2 and use the bottom 2/3 ad Display #3 so that OSX would recognize the iMac as having 3 displays?

I want to run one app fullscreen in Display #2 and not be effected by anything that happens on Display #3.
