How to do a fresh install

Hey guys,

Just wonder how would I do a fresh install when high Sierra comes out? Do I just go to disk utility and do a factory reset and then just update directly to high Sierra?

1. Download the media
2. Make a USB install disk
3. Boot to that USB Install disk
4. Open disk utility and format the drive
5. Install

Fresh Install... with nothing from your previous install

If you have anything you want to save, you'd better back it up first!
