I just found a way to install iOS 5 beta 6 using OTA update. First what you want to do is have a jailbroken device with iOS 5 beta 5. Next you want to SSH into it by installing OpenSSH in Cydia. Then SSH into the device with Cyberduck. Enter the IP of the device and type root as the username and alpine as the password, then if a windows pops up after you click connect click "Allow". Go to the root of the iOS device. Then go to system > Library > CoreServices > Systemversion.plist. If you used the ssh trick and deleted the last two lines add them back in again the last two lines were

<key>ReleaseType</key>
<string>Beta</string>

After you added them in, Reboot the Device tethered and go to Settings > General > Software Update and you will then see the update and click Download and install.

There you go you are now updated to the latest beta of iOS 5. If you have any trouble please leave me a message at grantelltechnologies@gmail.com

Useful tip. By the way you might want to remove your email address or obscure it a bit before it gets picked up by a spam bot.
