how to do a 'partial' restore from ipod to iphone

i want to get some of the content from my ipod on to my iphone, namely, all my notes and the content from Sketchbook mobile (drawing app). Is there a way of doing it that doesnt require doing a full restore from the ipod backup? I cant do that because the ipod is on 3.1.3 and the iphone is jb'd at 3.1.2

does anyone know how?

i could email everything to myself but then i wouldn't have the layers info from the sketchbook app, as the mail app wont download the .psd attachments.

You can sync the notes, as long as you synced them from the iPod Touch. I know nothing about your other app.
