How to do a restore OTA from handset?

How do I do a restore via the handset? I installed the GM last week as an upgrade and the animation has been a little slower, think it even got slower on the last week. Anyway, was waiting for today to do a restore from the iCloud as I'm hoping restoring from iCloud will perhaps sort out the slight lag. Anyway, how do I instigate the restore? Reset all settings?
