I'd also throw in that they may have used two sets, filming a half-circle around each.

Then they could have cut the two together at the point when the camera goes past the wall.

As long as the dolly move is a semi-circle for each, the shots should align without a problem.
 
One way that you could do it is if you have a semi-circle shaped dolly track or path that you can use in one room that would go 180 degrees and right when the camera stops at one end of the dolly (which should be right next to a door or window that it "passes through") cut to the shot in the next room while doing the same maneuver. If you watch close it doesn't seem to pass through, it looks like they cut to another shot.
