Hi
Yesterday I saw someone working on a MacBook Pro 15", pretty normal, but the MBP was also connected to a HDMI beamer and displaying a movie.
Still the person was working with Microsoft Office? I regret that I did not ask so I do it here.

Thanks in advance

Just drag the video to the external monitor/beamer and put it on full-screen mode...

or did you activate "Mirror Displays" under System Preferences -> Displays -> Arrangement tab.

Sorry for my ignorancy, I'll try the first option this monday (not at home right now)

Thank you

what is a beamer?

Is that a projector?

If so, then it was just being treated as a secondary display. Same steps as using a monitor.

Yes a beamer is a cinema projector, sorry for that... Thanks for the tip!
