How to do windows like navigation (Addresses?)

I mean in terms of, in Windows Explorer, you can type C:/Drive/Whatever

and then get there. This can be helpful, especially in a networking environment. I like finder but I wish there was a way to navigate via pathways. Is there one?

Open Finder and press Shift + Command + G

Or Go (on the menu bar) > Go to Folder
