Hey! I know that at iexbeta.com you can donate to the site and get all the ads removed... i was wondering if a similar thing happens here? Also, at ieX, the user who donates gets a "Sponsor" designation, but I don't think there is anything similar to that here.

I'm just wanting to help out this site with a monetary donation, but have no clue how!

Kind of like the ad-less front site and the demi-god(dess)/contributor here?

go to the UserCP and then go down the left to Paid Subscriptions

Ah... I didn't realize that worked... but it's odd that the link most people'd go to first is "down".

It's long past time to remove that out-of-date "We are not accepting contributions at this time" message.

Yes, donations are accepted. For an annual fee, you get an ad-free front page, a new member title, access to the Private forum, and you help support the site.

As eva01 says, select UserCP -> Paid Subscriptions.

Register on MacRumors! This sidebar will go away, and you'll see fewer ads.
