I have been installing the Beta updates but a few weird things have happened and I am no longer wanting to install Beta versions. And because I'm having problems I would really like to have 10.10.3 back on my machine. Can this be done?

I did this last week by booting into OS X Recovery. I erased the 10.10.4 partition and performed a clean install of 10.10.3. For me, that worked nicely but that's because I was comfortable all my data was backed up securely on my NAS and I didn't mind reinstalling apps.
