How to downgrade from ios 6.1 to 5.11

Only chance is if you have your SHSH blobs saved. Do you?
Otherwise I'd recommend backing up, restoring as new, and then restoring from your backup. That would hopefully solve the issues that you're having.
Thats the problem is, i had shsh blobs but unfortunately my laptop got some hard disk problem and all my data wash out and i am out of all my shsh blobs.. so it means i have no option to do downgrade... do you think restoring can solve my problems??
Yes, this means you cannot downgrade.
And yes, I do think restoring can solve your problems. Usually something in the OS will become corrupt due to any number of things. Completely re-installing the OS will fix most issues, and I think this is your best bet.

No problem. Yeah, I hope a restore solves the issues you're having. If you decide to jailbreak 6.1, just make sure you don't update the OS over the air

This can´t be download from internet? i received my iPod Touch 4 gen with 6.1 and i want to run 5.1 because is a bit lagui....
Nope they are specific to each individual device. I'd try a fresh restore, as I suggested to the OP.
yeah you need to download ios 6.1 firmware and restore on itune by pressing shift button click on restore and locate ua 6.1 firmware and then just let ua iphone to restore but don't foget to backup ua iphone data on itune bfo restore .
when you finished your restore download evasi0n and jailbreak untethered.. good luck.. but bfo do this tell me is you iphone is factory unlock or not???
