Im gonna purchase a new Mac soon, wich is gonna come with iTunes 11 in Mountain Lion. Currently, I run iTunes 10.7 in Snow Leopard and I want to keep it that way

In my current Mac, I did upgrade to iTunes 11, but later downgraded back to 10.7 using time Machine ans retoring, the applications and my whole music folder (wich includes the files ituneslibrary etc..)

But now I am going to a new Mac with a diferent hardware and a diferent OS X. How do I downgrade in this instance?

Can I again simply copy my curent music folder to the new Mac and replace the application? I do have the .dmg of itunes 10.7 Mountain Lion version.
