How to downgrade to iOS 5.1.1

I used iTunes to upgrade iOS until 5.0, now I am using iOS 6, and I found that Ivan use the Map, then I will got noe Pugh memory warning every time when I run a app!
So I want to downgrade to iOS 5.11, how can I do it? Because there is only ios5.0 in my iTunes....
