How to download a new face

Hey guys, I would like to know how to download a new face for my Apple Watch 42mm sport. I'm struggling and found out only websites which have images to download.
Is there any other ways? How do you do to get a new face?

You don't. WatchOS is a closed system like iOS. Maybe Apple implements kind of a watch face store one day.

You can create a custom watch background but it only works with the basic digital clock.
