How to download backup to hardcopy

Sorry quite a stupid question.

My hp out of action but fortunately I did a backup to iTunes. How do I download the tel. contacts to hardcopy.

Er, maybe you misundersttod me.

OK, to make it clear. I'm using Snow Leopard and iCloud do not recognise it unless I upgrade to a higher version. Hence I can only backup to iTunes. Now I want to see my tel contacts but hp out of order. So how do I download from itunes to a printed hardcopy.

Or at least able to view the tel contacts thru computer

Using iphone setting under icloud backup, the menu said "auto backup your camera roll, accounts bla bla". When I logged into icloud.com, I cant see the camera roll icon
