How To Download Cracked Apps On The Computer And Transfer To Itouch?

I have an iTouch and i jailbroke it but the apps always download so slow when I'm downloading them from Installous. Is there a way to download the cracked apps on the computer then transfer them onto the iTouch. Help is appreciated
