Is there anyway in iOS7 to download the entire phone data to your mac? Including browser passwords, app logins etc. Maybe theres a tool for it?

Also any way to restore deleted pictures? I just lost my entire keypassX file containing all my passwords and i am pretty screwed not getting all my data of the phone.

Hmmm... An iTunes encrypted backup includes passwords (the KB specifies which ones). iExplorer and iBackupBot have different capabilities to access data directly on the phone and from backups. But I've never tried to do what you want to do so I apologize if I'm blowing smoke.
