I have a short question and hope that somebody can help me: How can I save the three flash videos from this site to my hard disc?

I tried to find the files with "Window - Activity" in Safari, but everything I find are SWF-links to the videos (which is only a few KB big) and the direct Vimeo links which I am not allowed to access. Does anybody know how to save these files? I also have this problem with other files I wanna save, therefore also the general question: If I only discover a SWF-link and not the direct video - what to do with this link in the next step to be successful?
