How to Download IPA Files And Preserve the File Extension

Hi,

When I tried to download some iPhone IPA files, I always end up a folder (in Downloads) that contains Iphone application package, so I cannot use iTune to install it to my iPhone.

I tried both "Save" and "Save as" but I cannot never save it as .ipa extension.

Please help.
