How to download music from a shared server (like Simplify Media) to your computer?

I can listen to my friends music on my computer in itunes through a shared server (we use simplify media), but how can I download his bands music to my computer from his shared server???

I tried Ourtunes, but it only works with itunes 6 or below and I have itunes 8
