How to download pic from my iPhone 5

I want to download pic from my Iphone 5 to my windows 7 desktop

If iTunes is installed, connecting your iPhone will have it appear as a disk drive and you can copy/import the photos out of it. iTunes does need to be installed due to the Apple mobile device driver that supports the sync.

You can also email it to yourself.

When you plug it in the first time, The iPhone should ask if you trust the computer. Trust it and you should be able to browse the iPhone photo library within windows explorer.
