How to download pictures from flash player.

Hi Guys

Does anyone know how to download pictures from a website that uses flash.

We used to be able to be able to go to Safari>Windows> Activity and just look for the Jpeg file but now that option is gone. How can I find and save those pictures from the site that uses flash player.

For example, this site http://www.latoalps.com/

DO i use a different browser? A software? Command-Shift-4 is not an option for me. I rather not do a screen capture.

Any advise?
