How to download songs and YouTube videos?

Hello everyone. I just came from the "dark side" (a.k.a. Android world). I absolutely love my iPhone 4s, but there's one thing I miss from the Android format (actually two): The ability to download a). MP3 songs for free, and b). Youtube videos.
Are there any apps that can do that?

I think we all of us here should download song from legal source. You can use my Utra Downloader to download music, document, file directly on iPhone.
