How to download streaming?

Couldn't find a thread on this, so i'm opening a new one.
I'd like to download the "episodes" of this audiobook, but i just don't know how to... At first I thought that realplayer download might have worked, but it doesn't.
By the way, there's no podcast, and "regular" downloading is allowed only for the last 5 recordings of the last book (sucks, i know).

Only way I see feasible is to streamdump it (Windows only tools for GUI but can be done CLI with mplayer) or record the audio playing in the computer with WireTap
